Hawaii Limo Service

We are so thankful that we found Hawaii Car Service!  My boss and his family were scheduled to arrive in Honolulu and fly direct to Lanai, but their flight was delayed 14 hours.  That gave me just a few hours to find a car service that would pick them up at the airport at 1 am and drive them to their hotel - and back to the airport the next morning. They were so pleased with the service that Hawaii Car Service provided that we were prompted to write this review.  Great job!!!!

Daniel and his team went above and beyond to help me get my mother back home from the Airport. Long story short, another Car Service company cancelled on me while my mother was two hours out from landing. Crazy.. I know. I scrambled to find another Car Service company who could help me out on such short notice and Daniel and his team at Hawaii Car Service made it happen. Their professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal, especially given they had done us a huge favor in getting a car to the airport on such short notice. My mother let me know the Mercedes Sprinter van was very nice and clean. Tran, her driver, was very professional and welcoming. When my wife and I come back home to visit we will for sure be hitting these folks up for our transportation needs! Mahalo guys!

I rarely do reviews but this company was amazing!  I booked them for an airport pickup and drop off for a family of five in Waikiki.  Once we arrived they found us right away and took care of all the bags and luggage.  The driver was very professional and polite.  I asked him if he could stop at a market to pick up some snacks and food, He said no problem and took us to a nice market so we could stock up on goodies before getting to the hotel.   I was so pleased with their service I booked them to take us to the other side of the island for our family excursion.  First class service with the Aloha vibe! I will always use their services when we vacation in Hawaii.

I used Hawaii Car service for my wedding day transportation. Researching other big companies, I read a lot of reviews of wedding parties being picked up late or things happening with the vehicles like no A/C..So I searched and searched and came upon this company. They didn't have a TON of reviews, but they were all positive. I reached out and from the initial inquiry, I received great customer service. The night before the wedding, I received a confirmation text from the driver who would be picking up the party to be dropped off at our venue. They were aware of all the road closures, which I was worried about the whole trip. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived on time and we were even running late. At the end of the night we were picked up on time and all the vehicles were in perfect condition. Thank you so much for making our transportation for my wedding seamless!

We absolutely LOVE  Kevin! We come to Oahu twice a year and we actually plan just so we can see Kevin. He is like Family! His service is next to none! If you are looking for a very smooth ride(Kevin is an excellent driver). I get motion sickness and I do great with Kevin. Words to describe Honalulu Car Service, is professionals,  gorgeous vehicles, excellent on time service! You won't be sorry. Kevin and his team is 5 star service!!!
